Library Expansion Update: A New Chapter Taking Shape

We’re excited to share the latest photos from our ongoing expansion project! This update includes stunning aerial views of the new community space addition, giving you a fresh perspective on how our library is growing to better serve the Morris community. From the foundation to the framing, it’s inspiring to see the progress taking shape week by week.

As construction moves forward, we want to remind our patrons that the library will be closed September 24–28, 2025. During this time, the construction crew will begin the interior phase of the project. While we’ll miss seeing you in the building, this short closure will help keep the project on schedule and ensure everyone’s safety as work transitions indoors.
