Construction Update: Changes in the Children’s Area and What’s Ahead

If you’ve visited the library recently, you’ve probably noticed a few more changes taking shape! The Children’s Area looks different while they work on the roof to install a new HVAC system. For safety reasons, we’ve temporarily shifted some shelves and added a new partition in the space.

Think of it like shopping at your favorite grocery store. Just when you know exactly where everything is, they move the aisles! We know it can be a little frustrating when things aren’t where you expect them, but our staff is always happy to help you find what you’re looking for.

We’re also preparing for the next phase of construction, set to begin in December, which will bring even more movement around the building as we continue to make progress on our expansion.

Exciting news: framing for the new study rooms is scheduled to begin next week!
